ResRunner is the Internet’s most comprehensive registration and housing tool tailored to the
needs of each individual client. ResRunner, provides services for corporations, associations, camps, colleges, conference centers, business events, and many other organizations. ResRunner is used by some of the top players in the event management industry, such as Major League Baseball and IMG as well as local organizations such as little leagues, summer school programs and athletic camps. All clients are assigned an account manager who works as your main contact through your setup and duration of the event(s). This consultant can answer product questions and offer suggestions on ways to maximize your use of the system. These account managers are available Monday through Friday from 8am-5:30pm ET, however support is also available after hours on a 24-hour 7 day-a-week schedule.
Simply speak with your account manager and discuss the potential enhancement. Because of our flat infrusctucure, we can implement new features relatively quickly. In fact, most of the recent changes have been made with the influence of our current clients.
ResRunner is an internet based software solution, therefore an internet connection is essential. We recommend using Internet Explorer 6.0 or above and Windows 2000 or above for best results. Remember, you can access the management system from any computer with Internet connection.

• Utilizing email and fax confirmations to replace expensive printing and mailing
• Utilizing the email communication tool to send information that would typically require mailings or phone calls
• Eliminating the time spent on data entry of paper forms, since attendees can now go online
• Accessing a complete database after the event to promote new events
• Pre-selling of merchandise online providing your organization with exact counts and an additional opportunity to purchase
• Selling of advertisement space on the online registration site to sponsors
Yes! We offer top of the line security via a Juniper hardware firewall, and a software firewall on each server. In addition all data is backed up on-site and off-site for maximum security. The entire application is also backed up at an outside location. Therefore, in the unlikely case of server failure, all operations are redirected to the backup facility with virtually no downtime.
The cost of the service is broken into two options:
1.A client administered structure and a ResRunner administered structure. With the client administered structure, ResRunner personell train one or more individuals from your organization to utilize the system. In other words, you would be creating the registration pages within ResRunner’s backoffice template system. For this structure, there is a yearly licensing fee and a training fee providing you unlimited usage throughout the year.
2.With the ResRunner administered structure, we would be doing the footwork with your input. For ResRunner to complete building of the event and for you to receive access to all reporting and communication tools, there is a per registrant fee that varies based on the complexity of your event.
